This morning our Leadership Cary 2021 Cary Chamber group had the privilege of volunteering CORRAL, a local non-profit that provides equine therapy to at-risk girls.

Day 2 of doTERRA 21-Day Challenge...

Habit #3 of the challenge is restful sleep.

Stress 😟 can definitely impact our sleep 😴💤. So, each morning to help reduce stress, I listen to the Daily Calm 🧘‍♀️.

This morning's message was right on point!

It is so important to take time to disconnect, reset, and rejuvenate. We can do this by taking a day off from everything - technology, work, household chores / responsibilities, problem solving - and just have a day of rest and relaxation ☺️.

I love spending time in nature 🌳🌞 - going for walks or hiking and I'm excited about the new bike 🚴 I recently bought that's arriving today!!

Day 1 of 21-Day Challenge.

This is how I make sure I meet my goal for Habit #1 - Water Intake.

We infuse a jug of water every day with organic lemons and cucumbers and grapefruit and ginger essential oils. It tastes yummy and hydrates and cleanses the body. By the end of the day, the jug is empty!

After the roller coaster year in 2020, I felt like I really needed to up level my gratitude and joy. So, I bought a this Gratitude Journal, "Joy" coaster for my desk, and "The Miracle Morning" book.

Each morning I am now mindfully starting my day with a new routine and it has made all the difference in how I feel. I get my essential oil diffusers running (but, of course! 😊), meditate with my favorite Calm app, recite my affirmations, write in my journal, and take an early morning walk and appreciated all that nature has to offer.

It's nothing new knowing that doing all these things will make us feel better...putting them into practice is something else, right?!

I encourage you to check out the Miracle Morning book, download the Calm app, get some essential oils going in a diffuser and live a life full of gratitude and joy! Blessing ☺️
